We started as a RAM/Cummins specialist because the trucks deserved one. Walk into a general parts counter and you get a fitment screen. Walk into a shop that works on these engines daily and you get someone who knows that a 2008 and a 2010 truck take different calibration files, even though the engine looks the same.
That knowledge is the whole business. We confirm ECM strategy before selling a tuner. We test return flow before quoting six injectors. We ask how much you tow before recommending a torque converter. It is slower upfront and it saves money every time.

They asked the right questions first
Called to order a tuner and spent the first ten minutes answering questions about my ECM and transmission instead of being sold something. The Ultra arrived with the right file already loaded and it went in in fifteen minutes. That is how it should work.

The FASS install changed the truck
We pull a fifth wheel across the state most weekends and the truck had started running rough under load. They diagnosed air in the fuel, installed the FASS system, and it has been flawless through a full summer of towing. Straight answers, no upsell.

Worth the drive across town
I had quotes from three shops for injectors. Sunstate was the only one that tested return flow and rail pressure before quoting six injectors. Turns out two were marginal and the rest were fine. Saved me well over a thousand dollars.

68RFE finally drives right
The built valve body and converter transformed the truck. Shifts are firm but smooth, converter locks cleanly, and transmission temps dropped noticeably on my commute. They explained the sequence and the reasons behind each part instead of just quoting a package.

I tow a horse trailer and knew almost nothing about EGT and transmission temps. They set up my monitor, walked me through what each reading means, and told me what to watch for. I left understanding my truck instead of just owning it.

Good parts, honest timeline
Ordered a turbo kit and was told up front it would take a week. It took a week. Everything fit, the install kit had every gasket I needed, and they answered a torque question on a Saturday. Only note is that I wish the site had shown stock earlier.

Fuel system partnerBBI Injectors
Injector sizing is the decision that makes or breaks a build. Too small and the turbo runs out of fuel; too large and the truck smokes, gets hot, and loses drivability. BBI's range gives us the granularity to match the nozzle to the actual turbo and power target.
We fit BBI injectors as part of complete fuel system plans — pump, filtration, and tuning included — because injectors alone never solve a fuel delivery problem.

Everything in the catalog is stocked or sourced through suppliers we work with directly, and it all passes through one warehouse on North Orange Blossom Trail. That is where orders are picked, checked for fitment, and packed by the same people who answer the phone.
