Workshop services for Cummins trucks

Everything we sell, we install. Diagnostics, tuning, fuel systems, driveline, and fleet service — in two bays on North Orange Blossom Trail.

Booking

Call with your year, engine, and the symptom. We will tell you what it likely needs, what it will cost, and how long we need the truck.

Consult a specialist

Six things we do properly

We are a specialist shop, not a general repair facility. That means narrower scope and deeper knowledge on the trucks we do take in.

Tuning and calibration

Tuning and calibration

RaceME installs, calibration loads, ECM strategy verification, and log review. We dial the truck for the way you use it, not for a dyno number.

  • ECM strategy and transmission confirmation
  • Calibration load and road test
  • Data log review with written notes
  • Update support for as long as you own the unit

Diesel diagnostics

Diesel diagnostics

Structured testing before any parts are quoted. Rail pressure, return flow, compression, boost leaks, and drive pressure — measured, not guessed.

  • Rail pressure and return flow testing
  • Compression and cylinder balance testing
  • Boost leak and drive pressure checks
  • Written findings with recommended next steps

Fuel system repair

Fuel system repair

Injector replacement, CP3 work, lift pump and filtration installs, and fuel system contamination cleanup done to a documented standard.

  • Injector sets, crossover tubes, and sealing
  • CP3 replacement and pressure testing
  • FASS and AirDog system installation
  • Contamination cleanup and flush

Pre-purchase inspection

Pre-purchase inspection

Buying a used Cummins? We test it the way a shop would before it becomes your problem — oil analysis, fuel system health, and cold-start behavior.

  • Oil sample and analysis review
  • Fuel system pressure and return flow
  • Blow-by and cold-start observation
  • Transmission behavior and service history check

How a service visit works

Diagnosis first, quote second, work third. No surprise invoices, no parts replaced on a hunch.

  1. 01

    Describe the truck

Year, engine, transmission, modifications, and the symptom — plus when it happens. This alone narrows most diagnoses.

  2. 02

    Diagnostic time

We test and measure. You get findings in writing with the evidence behind them, whether or not you book the repair.

  3. 03

    Written quote

Parts, labor, and timeline in one line item each. Approve it and we schedule the work — no verbal estimates.

  4. 04

    Repair and verify

We fix it, road test it, and hand you the data. If the repair needs parts we stock, it goes home the same day whenever possible.

Practical questions

The four things people ask before booking. If you need the full list, the FAQ page covers more ground.

Read the full FAQ

Do you work on trucks other than RAM/Cummins?

We specialize in RAM 2500/3500/4500/5500 with 5.9L and 6.7L Cummins. Occasionally we take in a 6.6L Duramax or Power Stroke for a customer we already know well, but it is not our focus and we will tell you honestly if someone else is better suited.

Can I ship parts to you and have them installed?

Yes. Many customers order parts from us and either install them at home or book the install. If the parts are in stock we can often schedule the same week.

How far out are you booked?

Typically three to seven business days for non-urgent work, and we keep opening available for diagnostics. Call and we will give you the real current lead time rather than an optimistic one.

Do you offer loaner vehicles?

We do not have loaners, but we can usually complete diagnostics the same day so you are not stranded. For longer builds we will tell you up front how long the truck stays with us.

Two install baysTuning, fuel systems, turbo work, driveline, and cooling all happen on site. If you would rather not do it on a driveway, hand us the keys.
Diagnostic benchRail pressure, return flow, compression, boost leak, and drive pressure testing. We measure before we quote, and you get the findings in writing.
Freight and pallet handlingExhaust systems, radiators, and intercoolers arrive here, are inspected, and are either shipped on or collected in person.
Staged build storageBig builds do not happen in one visit. We hold the parts for your truck and pull them as each phase is scheduled.
Pickup counterOrder online and collect the same day when it is in stock. We call when the order is pulled and fitment checked.
Fitment verificationEvery order that leaves this building is checked against the vehicle on file. That happens here, by a person, not by an algorithm.

Local customers: order online, choose local pickup at checkout, and we will have it checked and waiting. Ask about an install slot at the same time.

A better way to buy parts

Most parts problems start before the order is placed. This is the process that prevents them.

Start with your truck
  1. 01

    Tell us what you drive

Year, engine, transmission, current modifications, and the VIN when fitment depends on it. Two minutes on the phone saves a return.

  2. 02

    Define the job

Towing, monitoring, daily drivability, a repair, or a full build. The goal decides the parts list — not the other way around.

  3. 03

    Get a compatible path

We recommend the product, the supporting parts, and the sensible next step. If something on your list is wrong for the truck, we say so.

  4. 04

    Stay supported

Install guidance, calibration updates, and technical help after the sale. The relationship does not end at checkout.

Tell us the truck. We will tell you what it needs.

Call, email, or stop by the shop on North Orange Blossom Trail. Bring the VIN if you have it — we can confirm fitment on the spot and have the right parts ready.
