By purchasing from Sunstate Diesel or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not place an order. We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.

An order is an offer to purchase. It is accepted when we confirm and dispatch it. We reserve the right to cancel an order before dispatch — for example if a part is mispriced, out of stock, or we determine it is not compatible with your vehicle.

Prices are listed in US dollars and exclude tax unless stated. Florida sales tax applies to orders shipped within Florida. Prices and availability may change without notice, but the price at the time your order was placed is honored.

We provide fitment guidance in good faith based on the information you give us and the manufacturer catalogs. The final responsibility for confirming that a part is appropriate for your vehicle rests with the installer.

Modifying a vehicle can affect emissions compliance, safety systems, and manufacturer warranties. Laws vary by state. It is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle remains compliant with the regulations that apply where you drive it.

Tuners and calibration licenses are non-returnable once a license is registered or transferred. Electrical components are non-returnable once they have been connected.

We do not sell or support products or services whose purpose is to defeat emissions control systems, and we will decline such requests. Requests for calibration in that direction are refused at the counter.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunstate Diesel's liability for any claim arising from a product or service is limited to the amount you paid for that product or service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost time, towing, rental, or lost revenue.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
