The goal
Keep a working hotshot truck on the road with zero unplanned downtime.
This is a fleet-of-one truck that runs loaded every day. The owner's ask was simple: tell me what is going to fail next and fix it on a schedule. We did a full inspection, found the fuel and cooling items that were close, and replaced them together.
What came in
